Cubmaster's Minute
Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 440! Pack 440 serves the youth of Lexington, MO and surrounding rural areas in grades k-5. We are part of the Blue Elk district in the Heart of America Council and have been chartered by the Lexington United Methodist Church since our inception in 1960.
While small in numbers, Pack 440 has deep roots. We have an incredible volunteer staff that is fully trained in their positions and every leader takes Youth Protection Training every two years to ensure that your kids are in safe hands. We want all of our Scouts to have the best experience possible and it is our goal to help prepare them to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The Pack prepares your youth to crossover into a Boy Scout Troop to continue their journey that may one day lead them to the rank of Eagle Scout.
If you are interested in volunteering or have a child that is interested in joining, please click the button below to fill out our contact form and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

Meetings
Meeting times and dates are scheduled by each individual Den Leader based on what schedule works best for their group. Pack Meetings are held once per month, usually on the 3rd Sunday. Regular attendance is expected for all youth who join our Pack. Parents are expected to arrange transportation for their scouts to and from meetings. A calendar listing of monthly activities and local scout activities is distributed regularly and updated as changes occur. It is important that this calendar be retained as attendance at scout functions ensures a successful scouting experience.
